1. Interpretation of the Terms
1.1 Agreement refers to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Terms – the Company- refer to Handicrafts365.com, the provider of best Persian handicrafts to Customers.
1.3 Terms – the Customer – refer to the person or persons who submit Orders with the Company and abide by the Terms and Conditions described in this Agreement.
1.4 Order refers to the actual request for a Product sent to the Company by the Customer.
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
2.1 We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing.
2.2 Handicrafts 365 makes every effort to present accurate and timely information regarding the products we have for sale. However, it is possible that discrepancies or inaccuracies may arise if Handicrafts365.com receives inaccurate information from our suppliers or other outside sources. Should you encounter any information on our site that you deem inaccurate, please inform us.
2.3 We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
2.4 You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2.6 We do our best to ensure that all items you see are as close as possible to the photographs shown, but, since they are not mass-produced, and many of them are either handmade from natural materials or hand-finished, slight variations in color and size may occur from time to time. We take the utmost care to ensure that product information and colors are accurate.
2.7 By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate & complete.You agree to deal with us in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws. We may cancel orders where we consider that you have not dealt with us in good faith or have otherwise breached applicable laws, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. If your credit card is charged for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you and credit your credit card account for the amount charged, less delivery charges and applicable taxes and duties, at our discretion.
3. Return Procedure
We wish you will love your purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or you’re not entirely satisfied, please notify us within 30 days by email of your intention to return the product(s).
Once you have decided to do a return, you have to first send us an email with a detailed description of why you are willing to return your item. After your return request is approved by us (within 2 business days), we will then issue you a confirmation email within 2 business days where you can find the return address. We ask that you return products to us unused, in their original packaging with any tamper seals intact. Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. We accept returns under the following situation:
Delivery of wrong items – not according to your order.
There are certain situations where after inspection refunds are NOT granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
4. Refund Procedure
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please kindly note that 10% of the item total sale amount is deducted from your refund due to administration and processing fees.
To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:
1.Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.
2.Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details.
3.Please make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable.
It is subject to availability of service, accessibility to property, local customs costs/regulations, and transportation mode and shipment size. We are committed to deliver products purchased from Handicrafts 365 in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Shipping charges will be applicable for all orders to be delivered in any country.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided to you at your return approval email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
