To create the Monabat Kari tableau (God), I first looked for the wood I wanted. When I found the wood, I was looking for, and then I was looking for a design to create an attractive artwork. Finally, I found the design I wanted. In this design, the writing form was beautiful, and the shape of the design was lovely to me. When moving the design onto the pear tree wood, I highlighted the underlayment with a large dot to make this Iranian wood carving tableau (God) more attractive. I drew around the main wooden tableau (God) design, geometric lines, and four large flowers to make this artwork look great. After finalizing the Monabat Kari tableau (God) design, I started wood carving process by using the special tools. Finally, I put this Iranian wood carving tableau (God) artwork in a frame to give it a more beautiful look.

Mohammad Mehdi Tavakol (the creator of this Iranian wood carving tableau (God)) was born in Esfahan, Golpayegan, on March 22nd, 1961. Since he had such a passion for art, in 1975, he became familiar with the art of Monabat Kari (wood carving).
He is delighted to have shared and extended his long-lasting experience and expertise in this field with inventing a new style of wood carving called Monabat Gereh (Knot Carving). At the Festival of New Art Ideas held in Tehran, Of the 1182 artworks, the Monabat Gereh (created by Mohammad Mehdi Tavakol) won the top rank. Also, he has participated in numerous local and international exhibitions. Furthermore, He has been awarded at various festivals.
